Research on candidates – using global networking and informal pre-referencing to target the appropriate community.
Candidate interviews and reports – with weekly email and phone updates
Shortlist interviews with client – of top candidates who are a good potential fit
Offer, acceptance, references – we can help negotiate the final steps to appointment, and conduct thorough referencing
Follow up – in the six months after appointment we will keep in contact with both client and candidate for feedback on the new role
